Try to avoid excessive hyperactivity during training, as it will result in a slow command pick-up series. Nonetheless, they are easy to train, and they respond to rewards such as food or walks. The Airedoodle is a hybrid of the Airedale Terrier and the Poodle dog breed. This cross is known for its curly and wavy coat. These dogs are very active and need daily exercise. They are hypoallergenic and have round, curious eyes. The Airedoodle weighs between 55 and 110 pounds. This dog has many attributes in common with both breeds.
The Airedale is the largest terrier breed. Originally from the Aire Valley of Yorkshire, the Airedale was bred to catch rats and otters in the Aire and Wharfe Rivers. During World War I, this breed was a highly effective working dog, so it was the most commonly bred during that period. Despite being large, Airedales don’t reach full adult size until about one or two years of age.
